Hello, Pet Parents!

I’m Bradley, Lead Veterinary Care Coordinator at Companion. I like to spend my time cooking, doing artistic projects, and laughing with my beautiful soul mate and our bunny Cockroach. My passion for animals goes far beyond their physical care. I have a genuine love for canine behavior, training, and behavioral assessment, and nothing is more rewarding to me than understanding why a dog behaves the way they do and helping them become more confident, comfortable, and successful in their world.

I believe every dog communicates through body language, and learning to understand those signals allows us to build trust, strengthen our bond, and give them the tools to navigate life with greater confidence. Having overcome challenges of my own growing up, I feel a special connection with dogs who have experienced trauma or are often misunderstood. I see behavior not simply as something to correct, but as an opportunity to understand an individual dog’s needs and help them thrive.

My favorite moments are earning the trust of a dog labeled as “aggressive” or “nervous” and discovering the sweet, loving soul beneath the surface. Watching fear give way to confidence and uncertainty turn into trust is what makes my passion for behavior so meaningful.

This philosophy carries directly into my role at Companion. By recognizing behavioral cues, respecting boundaries, and adapting our approach to each patient, I strive to make veterinary visits less stressful and care more compassionate and effective. Because when we understand the animal in front of us, we can do so much more than treat them. We can help them feel safe, build trust, and give them a better experience every step of the way.
